On Friday the 13th of December the Junior Boys Soccer team played a strong Coláiste Bhríde side in an intense league match. The match was played at home in Greystones United Football Club.
The Boys got off to a strong start with Jack Corrigan scoring a lovely goal fifteen minutes into the first half. However, no more goals from either side were scored during this play.
The second half proved to be a bit more challenging for the team as Coláiste Bhríde managed to score two goals, however this didn't deter the lads in the slightest, with Evan Lynch scoring a last minute equaliser. The lads were delighted to walk away with a well deserved draw.
Everyone on the team put in a brilliant performance and should be very proud of themselves. A massive thank you to their coach, Mr. Brady for organising and accompanying the boys to the match.
