Clark Kelly: Irish Schools Lifesaving Champion
On Saturday, Deputy Head of Media Clark Kelly proudly represented St. David’s Holy Faith Secondary School at the Irish Schools Lifesaving Championships, held in Belvedere College. The competition, which has a rich heritage that dates back to 1936, saw Clark achieve a remarkable first place in both CPR and Rope Throw, and as a result was crowned the overall winner of the Irish Schools Senior Boys, Lifesaving Championship 2026. Junior Boys' basketball vs TCG
On the 30th of January, St. David’s junior boys took on Temple Carrig in basketball. The match started at 9 o’Clock in St. David’s sports arena. St David’s started strong, setting a fast pace for the match ahead. Within 3 minutes, we had scored a 3 pointer. This was quickly followed by 2 more scores. 1st Year basketball vs CCM 3/2/26
On Tuesday the 3rd of February, our First Year girls faced off against Coláiste Chill Mhantáin in our home court. The team has been training every Tuesday, the first time playing basketball for some. The girls fought hard throughout the match, but unfortunately CCM came out on top. The first quarter kicked off with Hannah Allman scoring the first basket of the match, and a 3 pointer at that.
