Senior Boys Gaelic Blitz
The Senior Boy’s Gaelic team competed in a blitz on the 26th of February all the way in Carlow in the SETU pitches. They left school at 9:00 and endured a bus ride that lasted almost two hours but it was worth it in the end because the games they played were brilliant. Senior Girls Gaelic vs Bridgetown
On the 6th of January, our Senior Girls traveled to Bridgetown, Co. Wexford for their next fixture. The girls put in an outstanding performance especially with the horrible weather conditions. The match began at 11.20 with St. David’s starting off strong, with one goal and three points early on thanks to Hazel, Caoimhe, and Lucy, but these were quickly matched by Bridgetown. Junior Girls GAA vs CCM
The game started at 11.30 on Tuesday the 6th of January. It was a cold and wet morning in Rathnew and the pitch was covered in frost but after a quick warm up and a speech from their coach, Mr. Geoghegan, they were all fired up and the girls went out with a hunger to win.
