Barretstown 2026
Last week, from the 13th to the 16th of April, 38 of our TY students travelled down to County Kildare for the annual trip to Barretstown! After months of hard work fundraising, our TYs enjoyed Barretstown’s 4 day and 3 night residential programme, fully immersing themselves in every single activity and workshop that was on offer. TY Trip 2026!
On the 27th of March, 105 of our TY students embarked on a fantastic trip to beautiful Paris for 3 nights and 4 days packed full of activities and exploration. This was a highly anticipated series of days which certainly did not disappoint. It was an early start on Friday, seeing everyone arrive at our school foyer for 5 in the morning. Young Social Innovators Trip To Kilkenny
On the 24th of March the YSI squad and their team leader, Ms. Foynes travelled to Kilkenny to present their projects after working hard for the past year. There was a wide range of groups that showcased their projects to the YSI foundation, the groups consisted of: ‘ Her Turn to Play’ - A group of girls highlighting and spreading awareness about women in sport. ‘Craft it Forward’- A group of boys using scrap wood to create wooden cars and toys for less fortunate children in I
