On the 29th of January, the first year girls took on CCA in an intense match at home. The match started at 12.30 and the minute the whistle blew the girls were determined to put up a strong fight. The fifth whole school assembly of the year took place on the 29th of January to bring the school community together and to celebrate Catholic schools week. The assembly began with an opening from our principal, Mr. Carey, followed by a prayer read by Deaglán O’Neill. On Monday the 26th of January, St. David's student council reconnected with neighbouring schools; Greystones Community College and Templecarrig, following the first Student Council Trilateral Conference.
