Young Social Innovators Trip To Kilkenny

Wicklow enterprise awards 2026
On Thursday the 26th of February, Transition Year students Laoise O’Gorman and Niamh O’Neill took the short journey down to Arklow to take part in the Wicklow Enterprise Awards county final. Niamh and Laoise qualified for the competition in late January with the company ‘From Hand To Heart’. Clark Kelly: Irish Schools Lifesaving Champion
On Saturday, Deputy Head of Media Clark Kelly proudly represented St. David’s Holy Faith Secondary School at the Irish Schools Lifesaving Championships, held in Belvedere College. The competition, which has a rich heritage that dates back to 1936, saw Clark achieve a remarkable first place in both CPR and Rope Throw, and as a result was crowned the overall winner of the Irish Schools Senior Boys, Lifesaving Championship 2026.
