On Tuesday the third of February the second year girls basketball team played Coláiste Chill Mhantáin at our home court here in St. David’s. The girls faced a very strong team, hoping to challenge their skills and come out on top. The first two quarters started off strong, with only a narrow difference in points by the end of the second quarter. Strong offensive attacks had us all on the edge of our seats. On the 30th of January, St. David’s junior boys took on Temple Carrig in basketball. The match started at 9 o’Clock in St. David’s sports arena. St David’s started strong, setting a fast pace for the match ahead. Within 3 minutes, we had scored a 3 pointer. This was quickly followed by 2 more scores.
