1st Year Boys Soccer Match Against Fingal C.C - December '23

On Wednesday the 6th of December, Mr Cahill's first year boys soccer team went to Swords to play against Fingal Community College. Despite the bad weather conditions the team still arrived with strong mentalities and a determination to win.

The team went down to 3-1 at the end of the first half and an unfortunate goal led to going down 4-1 in the second half. The team were unlucky to not score as they tried their chance at a free kick and a penalty, both leading to great saves from the Fingal goalkeeper. 

The goalscorer for St Davids, Cian Fickett, scored a goal in the 27th minute. He led the team with encouragement throughout. Well done Cian!
