March 3rd marked the opening night of our annual TY musical. This year’s production saw Shrek The Musical taking the stage of the St David’s Sports Hall, to the excitement of both cast and audience. On Thursday the 26th of February, Transition Year students Laoise O’Gorman and Niamh O’Neill took the short journey down to Arklow to take part in the Wicklow Enterprise Awards county final.  Niamh and Laoise qualified for the competition in late January with the company ‘From Hand To Heart’. On the 26th of January 2026, St. David’s celebrated their Junior Cycle Class of 2025.  Each student's grades were congratulated and every student who received a distinction was additionally presented with an award.  Our students outdid themselves this year and made the school proud as our total student cohort achieved an outstanding 201 distinctions!
