Catholic Schools Week 2023

This week, January 22nd - 29th, St David's Holy Faith Secondary School celebrated Catholic Schools Week 2023 with a number of events taking place. This year's theme, Walking Together in Faith and Love, was celebrated with our footprints display at the front entrance and daily reflections being read over the intercom during tutorial by a number of students from each year group.

On Wednesday, 1st year students designed and decorated cards to send to their grandparents to celebrate Grandparents Day. On Tuesday and Thursday, our TY students headed to Ovoca Manor on their retreat hosted by Scripture Union Ireland. The groups completed team building challenges, and participated in the Leap of Faith, archery and more. The week of celebrations came to a close with our monthly whole-school assembly in the Sports Arena seeing our Young SVP Conference officially commissioned.
