Minor Boys Soccer Vs CCA 6/11/25

Our minor boys team, coached by Mr. Brady, hosted a league game today against CCA in Greystones United.

They started very fast, creating loads of chances. Sean Levins was able to skilfully grab the opening goal and put St David's in the lead. More chances were created but they were unlucky to not score another goal before the half ended.

As they did in the first half, the lads started the second half extremely strong and controlled the tempo of the game. Chances were made by both sides this time but CCA were able to get an equaliser. AJ Long nearly got the winner for St David's but it unfortunately ended up as a draw.

Special mention to Ryan Goff and Chris O'Brien who ran the midfield the whole game, as well as the centre-back partnership of Rhisper Barnard and Alex Porter. They were unlucky to concede a goal but otherwise they were outstanding.

Overall, it was a great performance from the lads. We know they'll be able to bring the same energy into the next match and get a good result.
