Quarter Final for the Junior Boy's Soccer Team vs Wexford CBS

On Friday the 17th of January, St David’s Junior Boys Soccer Team lined up to face Wexford CBS in the Quarter Final of Wicklow-Wexford Division 1 league. With a good warm-up under their belts, the David’s Boys were ready for a big game.

They started off confidently, making skilful passes and tackles. Unfortunately the David's boys went 2-0 down into halftime, a score line that didn’t reflect the game as the David’s boys were in control of possession and had many good chances.

Going into the second half of the game, the David’s lads were ready to go on and win the game, having many great chances to score, but were very unlucky. In the end, Wexford CBS ended up winning, however we are very proud of our Junior Boys Football team and we have no doubt that they will bounce back from this defeat.

The boys should be immensely proud of their hard work in the Quarter Final. A big thanks to their amazing coach, Mr. Brady.
