TY Yoga With Joga Yoga

Every Monday for the past five weeks, TYs have been attending yoga workshops in the school. Yoga is very beneficial for mental and physical health. In the yoga lessons, the TY students begin the lesson with a nice chat about what is going on in their TY lives and they then go into stretching and doing yoga poses. They finish off the lesson by doing some relaxing stretches and a having another relaxing chat.
