Sports Day 2026
Despite the nervous refreshing of weather apps throughout the week, we completely avoided the rain and were able to stage our annual Sports Day on Friday 8th of May. With students across all year groups primed and suitably motivated by their tutors, each class made their way down to Eire Og to put their physical limits to the test. Amidst a fun-filled atmosphere, students threw, hopped, ran and dodged their way through a gauntlet of events, striving to win those vital points

Miguel Delaney and Paul McShane Visit
Last week, our school was extremely fortunate to have the incredible Paul McShane and Miguel Delaney give a talk to our soccer squads. They were interviewed by 5th year student, Kian Quigley who is an Irish youth international, and school player Eoin Waters. They recorded the full interview as a podcast, which will be available here from Friday, 8th May. Over the course of the discussion Kian and Eoin asked a variety of questions that allowed both Paul and Miguel to reflect

Junior Girls Camogie Blitz 23/4/26
On Thursday the 23rd of April, our Junior Girls Camogie team had a great day out at the Leinster Development Blitz in SETU Carlow. They took on a selection of teams, each allowing the girls to practice their excellent skills that they have been working on every week with coach Mr. Crowe. They played teams such as Meanscoil Mhuire, Bunclody CC and St. Pauls Secondary School, dominating the play each time and winning all three matches comprehensively. This was an amazing result
