On Wednesday, 10th of December, our wonderful group of Sixth Years hosted St Catherine’s Christmas Party in the Sports Arena. The event was a resounding success with 52 students from St Catherine’s in attendance. The Sixth Years organised and ran multiple different activities, from giant connect-four to hand-painting, cookie decorating and Christmas colouring. Along with that, we had our very own Santa and Mrs. Claus in attendance played by Daniel O’Reilly and Maria Hassett.

A big thank you to all the students, staff and parents who contributed to the SVP/Sugarloaf Lions hampers for Christmas appeal. The SVP group sorted everything out yesterday to create a lovely variety of items, sweet and savoury, in every hamper. The Lions collected them yesterday evening and three car loads containing all 38 hampers were being delivered at 3pm yesterday. Thank you for making such a difference to so many families this Christmas. Thanks a million.

On the 9th of December we had another amazing 09Twelve Photography Exhibition. This was a fantastic night with over 250 photos submitted! There were 50 photos framed and displayed and the others were projected onto a screen so we could all see them.
