Junior Boys Gaelic Vs CCM

On Monday the 5th of January, the St. David's Junior Boys Gaelic team took on CCM in Eire Og, Greystones. The match kicked off at 12.15. They had a strong start but unfortunately it wasn’t the boys' day. The first half kicked off with CCM scoring the first goal of the game but St. David's didn’t give up. St David's put up a good fight and eventually Dan Farrell got a point for the team. The boys put a strong fight up in the first half and kept their heads up high.

At the start of the second half, John Byrne made a brilliant break scoring another point for St. David's. Rory Coyle and Dan Farrell followed up with more points shortly after.  Unfortunately CCM took the lead but the team put out an excellent performance and did not give up.

A massive thank you to the St. David's coach Mr Cummins and CCM for giving us a competitive match. Well done to the Junior Boys Gaelic team who did not give up and put up a great fight.
