Storm Debi - School Disruption Monday November 13th, 2023

Dear parent(s)/guardian(s) and students,

As per my vsware message, it is important for all to be aware of arrangements for tomorrow, Monday, 13th November 2023:

1. The school building will be locked until 10 a.m

Access for staff and students will not be permitted until 10 a.m

2. Classes for students will not start until 10: 35 a.m

Classes from 10: 35 a.m - 1: 05 p.m (lunch - time) will be 50 minutes each, 10 minutes shorter than usual and will be for the following times:

10: 35 a.m - 11: 25 a.m (students and staff will attend class that is timetabled for period 2)

11: 25 a.m - 12: 15 p.m (students and staff will attend class that is scheduled for period 3)

12: 15 p.m - 1: 05 p.m (students and staff will attend class that is scheduled for period 4)

Lunch as normal - 1: 05 p.m - 1: 35 p.m

Classes for periods 5 & 6, 1: 35 p.m - 2: 35 p.m and 2: 35 p.m - 3: 35 p.m as normal.

We are balancing the vital health and safety concerns, with reducing and minimising educational impacts for our students.
