TY Boys' Soccer Vs Borris College

On Thursday the 26th of March, the TY boys took on Borris College in Kilkenny. Kick off was at 11:45 and their first half was well played.  It was a tough match with a very high standard of players. The opposing team had a strong start scoring two goals in the first half, but that didn’t stop the TYs, with Kai Hardie scoring a fantastic goal.

The team gave each other great encouragement which enhanced their performance and kept their confidence going throughout the match. They had high spirits allowing them to maintain their great defence and very high standards.

The TY boys played extremely well but unfortunately the score ended at 3-1 to the opposing team with great performances from Kai Hardie, Damiano Martin and Oisin Duff. Huge thanks to Borris College for hosting the match and letting us use their facilities. Thanks to coach Mr. Doyle for his commitment to the team!
