Yesterday, 21st of October, our U19 girls basketball team had a terrific win against local rivals Greystones Community College. The girls and their coach, Ms. Courtney were delighted to end the close match with a win. They launched into the first quarter with multiple baskets from Lily Cullen and Aoife Fox, establishing an early lead. On a cold and damp Tuesday afternoon on the 21st of October our incredible athletes from first and second year travelled down to Avondale to compete in the cross country. They arrived at 11:45 and were raring to go, well practiced after training every Thursday after school in the run club. The events began with the first year girls who were running 1500 meters.
