Junior Girls GAA vs CCM
The game started at 11.30 on Tuesday the 6th of January. It was a cold and wet morning in Rathnew and the pitch was covered in frost but after a quick warm up and a speech from their coach, Mr. Geoghegan, they were all fired up and the girls went out with a hunger to win. Junior Boys Gaelic Vs CCM
On Monday the 5th of January, the St. David's Junior Boys Gaelic team took on CCM in Eire Og, Greystones. The match kicked off at 12.15. They had a strong start but unfortunately it wasn’t the boys' day. The first half kicked off with CCM scoring the first goal of the game but St. David's didn’t give up. 2nd Year GAA match vs Portlaoise College
This Wednesday, the 17th of December, our 2nd year boys Gaelic football team faced Portlaoise College in an away match. The teams were neck in neck the whole match, but unfortunately it wasn’t the boys day. The first half kicked off with goals from both sides, and when it came to half time there was only 2 points in the difference. The boys were given a motivational team talk by coach Mr. Short.
